Shipping

InstrumentPro also offers a variety of shipping methods for your convenience. We currently ship products via UPS. The default shipping method is ground. Most products ship in 1-2 business days and should arrive to you within 5-7 days after shipping. For alternative shipping methods, please email customer service with the product you are interested in, and the method of delivery you are requesting. We will get back to you promptly with pricing and alternative shipping options.
Processing Time
- You can expect your order to be processed within approximately one to two "business" days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. InstrumentPro does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.
Sales Tax
- Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state of California. Therefore, all orders shipping within California will be charged the applicable state sales tax. All other sales will be charged NO SALES TAX.
