Quality:
Excellent finish and good sturdy amp for gigging.
Features:
Ferret is an excellent feature. Soundchecks take a lot less time and feedback is eliminated quickly and easily. Attenuated controls would be a big bonus as volume control can be difficult in small venues.
Ease of Use:
Very easy to use. Almost plug and play!!
Value:
Price just about right. Would not pay more for it and have used comparative amps but overall it's a good product.
Sound:
Sound quality is good, although I would like a touch more clarity. If you like a warm, rounded sound then this is the amp for you, but I feel it could produce a little more separation. I use it for vocals and playback and maybe after a few more tweaks I'll get the exact sound I want to hear.
Overall:
Overall, this is a good amp. The ferret feature is terrific. It can accommodate small rooms and large halls with ease and even at it's loudest, still seems to have lots of headroom. Only complaint is an over heating cut out after about 45 minutes. I have had this amp about 5 months and this has just started happening after about 40 minutes. Sound goes completely basey and all top end is lost. Cuts back in after about 4 minutes then becomes intermittent until amp is turned off and cooled down. This was only in an average sized room and nowhere near loud. No doubt I will sort this and overall, i would rate it as a good amp for a professional gigging singer.
