The C5900M is perfect for vocals because its internal spider suspension minimizes handling noise, and the flexibility afforded by its bass roll-off and -6dB output sensitivity switches minimize stage rumble and mic preamp overload. Specs & features include 20Hz-20kHz frequency response, a supercardioid polar pattern for maximum isolation on stage and increased protection from feedback, and rugged construction. Includes hard case, stand adapter, and requires phantom power.

The C 5900M combines the detailed, transparent sound of a premium AKG studio condenser with road-tough construction, low handling noise and high feedback rejection to create the ultimate microphone for stage performance. The C 5900M has a new condenser capsule with a gold-sputtered diaphragm that captures every subtlety of a vocal performance without a trace of harshness. The capsule is wrapped in a gold case for added immunity to humidity and moisture for consistent performance.
