Ashdown AAR3-3-10 Acoustic Radiator Series
Ashdown’s existing AAR1 and AAR2 Acoustic Radiators have set the standards for features and sonic purity for more than a decade. Now the new AAR3 10 combines traditional Ashdown acoustic amplification benefits with the power and performance necessary for use on stage with a rock band.
An all new 350 Watt digital power section drives a specially developed 10" speaker, fronted by a dual channel preamp bristling with features and facilities including mixable inputs for piezo/magnetic pickups and phantom powered microphone sources, independent EQ on each channel, a notch filter for tuning out feedback, and sophisticated footswitchable DSP reverb, delay and chorus effects. Additional connectivity includes a preamp line output and an external FX loop.
The combo is built road-tough with a durable paint finish, rugged PA-style handles, a wedge profile and tripod top hat mounting for use on a stand. Despite its high power rating, the use of digital power sections enables the AAR3 10 to weigh in at just 10kg (22lbs).
