You see, even after years of designing a slew of award-winning products for the professional studio monitor market-the 20/20bas, Project Studio, and Tuned Reference biamplified monitors, to name a few-our venerable engineers, Frank Kelly and Walter Dick, were still on their quest to deliver the ultimate direct field monitor. They wanted to come up with a totally new design that would surpass anything they had done to date. A design that would cause recording musicians around the world to sit up and truly take notice.
