Korg AX5B

The KORG AX5B Floor Effect Processor for Bass Guitar puts powerful modeling and effects in a compact, affordable package. Sixteen varied amp models and 10 cabinet simulations create sounds from small combos to arena-sized rigs. You can vary any parameter of any effect with the built-in expression pedal, assigning it with one touch of the Quick Assign button. You can then store the altered patch in one of 40 user memory locations. To help during live play, reverb and delay "tails" are preserved when you switch to another patch with the same type of effect.

The AX5B offers features normally only found in more expensive units, allowing even beginners to get great bass tones right out of the box.

16 Amp Models:

A wide array of classic amp sounds, coupled with 10 cabinet-simulation options, adds up to a library of time-tested bass tones to choose from.

58 Effect Types:

The effects you'd expect in an affordable effects pedal--like chorus, compression, delay--are all there. And so are some you wouldn't expect--like a fretless simulation, a slow attack patch, rotary speaker simulation, and a bass synth.

Integrated Expression Pedal:

The expression pedal can, of course, control volume or wah, but also any parameter of any effect can be assigned to the pedal with the convenient one-touch Quick Assign feature.

40/40 Memory Locations:

The AX5B ships with 40 presets to choose from and 40 blank memory locations for your own tones.

Chromatic Tuner:

The built-in tuner can be set to Mute Mode for unobtrusive onstage tuning.
