Korg X50
The Korg X50 is a professional synthesizer keyboard designed for easy operation and terrific portability. Weighing about the same as an electric guitar, the X50 has an intuitive layout that includes a 61-key keyboard, pitch and modulation wheels, assignable knobs and switches, and an LCD display. Also packed into the small form factor is an incredibly large sound based on Korg's Hyper Integrated sound engine.
64MB of internal ROM easily holds the hundreds of instrument sounds, programs, and combinations that come preprogrammed in the X50. Four master effects provide a full selection of effect types including chorus, reverb, and delay. The X50 is also compatible with other Korg workstations, allowing you to share sounds and songs. Two polyphonic arpeggiators are included for creating and storing patterns that can be activated with a single keystroke.
The X50 has a full offering of connectors for use with a variety of equipment. MIDI in and out connectors let you attach a variety of digital instruments. Four 1/4" analog audio outputs let you connect recorders, speakers, and more. A USB port is also included for MIDI over USB communication with your Mac or PC.
