The Coupe® Series has earned a reputation for its sizzling hot, south-of-the-border tones and smart features that make a working player's life a lot easier.
The new Sport Coupe takes the best features of its acclaimed big brothers and condenses them into an 18-watt tone monster.
The Sport Coupe starts with a premium Baltic Birch cabinet to give it superior resonance.
Great tone starts with a great cabinet; it has to resonate properly or the amp will be hampered from the start.
From there, an 18-watt, self-biased Class A amplifier utilizing a single 6L6 power tube forms the heart of the amp. Crank the controls and this baby will sing.
And when you want it to sing and sting at low volume levels, just use the Master Volume control on each channel to dial it in.
The amp's voice is supplied by a rich, toneful 10-inch speaker built exclusively for Kustom® by Eminence® in the USA.
When it's time to go down to the swamp, reach for the classic Kustom Tremolo and Vibrato controls.
Mixing in a little Kustom Vibrato adds character to the tone that you won't find anywhere else.
The Sport Coupe is an ideal small amp for gigging. Not only is power amp distortion attainable at user-friendly volume levels, but an XLR Direct Out with speaker emulation uncannily captures the distinct Sport Coupe tone for P.A. mixers or recorders.
You won't mess with a microphone again. A footswitch is included for switching channels (Rhythm/Lead) and for activating the tremolo and/or vibrato.
And if you want more onstage presence, just add an optional Coupe 112 cabinet or plug a 4X12 speaker cabinet into its external speaker jack and be amazed.
Eighteen watts from a Sport Coupe is pretty damn loud.
