Overall - this is proof that Martin has reserved quality and craftsmanship for those who will fork over $1,000 plus for a guitar. I can't find a service center that knows what to do about the horrible fret job. Beware! This is at best a mediocre guitar for the money. this is the last Martin I will ever own. the only reason to buy one is to be a gear snob and have a famous logo on a hunk of wood.
