Description
Tama Superstar drum sets are one of the most important introductions in the Tama's history. Superstar represents as radical a departure as Tama's Starclassic Performer did, which brought the entire intermediate drum set category back to life. With die-cast hoops and Star-Cast mounting and meticulous made shells, Superstar represents an completely new class and category of drums.
All Superstars feature zinc die-cast hoops and the Star-Cast mounting system. Also notable is use of high-tension lugs, which have been updated with a low-mass, low contact design Tama calls "Sound Bridge."
