Straight, lacquered brass, high G key, two interchangerable necks, hand-engraved bell

Remarkable intonation and ease of play combined with a full, rich tone set this professional model soprano apart. Two interchangeable neckpipes, a Yanagisawa innovation, are supplied with this instrument, each imparting different response and tone characteristics. The straight neckpipe produces the traditional soprano sound while the curved one a milder, mellower tone.

All the hallmarks of Yanagisawa's precision design and construction are present in this smallest member of the saxophone family, the sopranino. Precise intonation, feather-like key action and superb tonal characteristics combine to create a truly professional instrument by any standard.
